Thoughtful question asker, savvy strategist and proud introvert (unless you catch her on the dance floor), Sandy is a champion of culture-rich brands and entrepreneurship. Recently accredited as a Professional Implementer for EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), she is helping businesses clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision with a healthy, cohesive leadership team that is disciplined and accountable in executing that vision.
Much of Sandy’s journey has been defined by the idea that the personality and culture of a company are the most powerful drivers of success and failure. This concept gave birth to Companies Are People, Too® (CAP2), a first-of-its-kind culture assessment developed by Sandy that profiles the personality of an organization using the principles of psychological type. The results spur the creation of effective, impactful messaging to propel our clients’ brands forward.
Sandy practices her life’s purpose, to enrich the lives of others, outside of Marketing Works as a behind-the-scenes advocate and counselor to a number of minority entrepreneurs in and beyond Central Ohio. She is the recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Visionary Award and a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She’s also a charter member of Women President’s Organization and the outgoing president of the board for the Columbus chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization.
When not working, you might find Sandy shaving points off her golf game or whipping up a great kettle of jambalaya. She’s the ultimate chef and hostess!

Is everybody happy? If not, the founder of Marketing Works will do what it takes to lift us up!
Malcolm Gladwell wrote in The Tipping Point, “A very small number of people are connected to everyone else in a few steps – the rest of us are linked to the world through those special few.”
Welcome to the world of Brenda Stier-Anstine. Brenda has a natural ability to connect, influence and lead. She does her part to keep us all sane with her brilliantly strategic mind and sound common sense. Count on Brenda for the best PR counsel of anyone on the planet.
Her commitment to faith, family, education and community service are punctuated by giving 10 percent of our profits to support causes that help people. But that’s nothing compared to the value of the time she devotes to serving on boards like Catholic Social Services, Rela and the Mount Carmel Foundation. In her next life, Brenda wants to give back. Period.
When not working, you might find this proud mom trying out her new paddleboard at Lake Rose in Michigan, or celebrating friendships over a cold glass of beer, wine or margaritas.

Melissa Howard, Senior Project Manager
Melissa is a wonderful asset to Marketing Works, not only for her loyal and strong work ethic, but because she has a positive and cheerful attitude and is fun to be around.
Her attention to detail and love of editing copy and organizing information as our traffic and operations manager enables others to work more efficiently. And as our company recruiter she makes a great “first impression” of our company and values to potential employees.
It’s evident that Melissa enjoys helping people, as she has volunteered her time to work at The Free Store at Camp Christian, Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan’s Purse Organization and The Salvation Army’s Christmas Family Adoption program.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Melissa spending time with family and friends. She’s always up to trying new things and just recently rode a mechanical bull for the first time.
