In early 2000, Tim and Tricia McConnell opened the Columbus branch of Comfort Keepers, a nationwide in-home care organization dedicated to offering seniors and their families the convenience of companionship, homemaking and personal care, all delivered in the comfort of the home. Comfort Keepers offers a wide array of services, from meal preparation and light housekeeping to mobility assistance and hygiene care. For Tim and Tricia, Comfort Keepers has always been about blessing others.
Because the McConnell’s feel ‘Blessed to be a Blessing,’ they’ve decided to celebrate their 15th year in the Central Ohio community by showing their immense gratitude through the Gifts of Gratitude program. Through this program, Comfort Keepers will choose 15 senior loved ones whose stories most reflect the spirit of these Gifts of Gratitude to receive a gift of their choosing. View the Gifts of Gratitude Guidelines and if your loved one meets the guidelines, submit their story.
In order to reach the objectives we established, Marketing Works compiled a complete, multifaceted marketing campaign that leveraged public relations and marketing tactics to launch the program. There are many purposes for this marketing strategy. While Comfort Keepers desires to thank the community and differentiate themselves from its competitors, the ultimate goal is to drive brand awareness and attract new business.
The program kicked off in early April with an Open House for friends, referrals and the Central Ohio community. This event celebrated the 15 years Comfort Keepers has been blessed to be in business, while officially launching the Gifts of Gratitude program.
